Dispatch is only
the first part.
Dispatch time is the period between placing an order and handing it to the carrier. Transit time begins after dispatch. Made-to-order pieces have a longer preparation period than ready-to-ship pieces.

FOLKTERRA is preparing for collectors worldwide, with a focus on North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. Available destinations, shipping charges and any applicable import arrangements must be confirmed before purchase.

Open the packaging carefully and keep it while you check the artwork. If the parcel or piece appears damaged, photographs of the packaging and item will help us understand what happened.
