Shipping

All orders are shipped from China. We allow 3–5 business days for careful packing and handling before dispatch.

International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Because our figurines are fragile, handmade clay, each piece is packed with reinforced, protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund for items damaged in transit.
